Fugitive

My idea for this piece was a distant city as a back drop for a search for a fugitive from the city itself, the setting is at dusk and you have the Police looking in the barren desert for him, although he cannot be seen he is there somewhere, this is set in the future. I used Photoshop and the basic brushes and many layers to achieve what you see here. On here you will have to click on it once to zoom in to see it better.
